The polyfunctional building design is based on the concept of a house resembling a land dyke that forms a protective enclosure for the remaining parts of the plot. The slightly sloped outer shell of the building is essentially a grassy roof entwined with a grid of square windows. The multiple layers of the outer shell allow planting grass, as well as intensive greenery to effectively absorb noise from the adjoining roads. The entire ground storey is intended for shops and services. The following floors contain offices for lease. Internal passageways are placed in central cores in the skeletal structure.
